      Easy way to get to New Chitose Airport

      We had a long travel day planned to get from Niseko to our destination and we were stressing about how to get that day started and how to get to the airport the quickest for a flight we booked. This shuttle service was a great, cost effective option. While I wish there were earlier service times so we could have taken earlier flights, we still got to the airport in a timely manner. The car is packed tight with people, a few of which were quite sick in our van, so that is why I took off one rating point as it made us feel ill by the end of the long ride. All in all, the ride was efficient and the drive is a scenic one.

First, we will adjust the schedule for next season for earlier service times as you have suggested, and we will consider the number of passengers who can have more room to relax. Unfortunately, we cannot refuse boarding of the passengers who are unwell, but we will take precautions such as requiring passengers to wear masks in the future. We look forward to seeing you again!

      Safe transfer

      Small Van was given for us. Not as spacious as big buses However still giving best review because our driver was very courteous and driving very safe. Point to note - the bus will still be around Niseko area after 50 mins to pick up other passengers from different hotels
